These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Klur mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content.
You agree not to:
Klur's results are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment and personal inspiration only. They are not professional advice. Do not rely on Klur's output for medical, dermatological, genetic, or any other professional decisions.
Heritage and ethnicity estimates are imprecise visual interpretations and are not genetic analysis. Age estimates, celebrity comparisons, and color season assignments are algorithmic approximations that may not be accurate. Results may vary significantly based on photo quality, lighting, and other factors.
Pricing. All prices are shown in the App before purchase. Klur offers one-time purchases and monthly auto-renewing subscriptions.
Billing. All payments are processed by Apple. Your Apple ID is charged at the time of purchase or at the start of each subscription period.
Auto-renewal. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions.
Refunds. Purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly. Submit refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore purchases. If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use Profile → Restore Purchases to recover your previous purchases.
You retain ownership of any photos you submit. By submitting a photo, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process it for the sole purpose of generating your analysis. Photos are not stored by Klur after processing. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any photo you upload.
The App and all its content, design, and code are owned by Klur and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App.
You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes your account and all associated data. Active subscriptions are not cancelled automatically upon deletion — cancel your subscription separately through iOS Settings before deleting your account if you do not want future charges.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Klur in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
